Louella A. Bookamer, 85, of Ellwood City passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born November 5, 1938 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Christopher A. and Kiturah J. Wineman McLaughlin. Louella graduated from Lincoln High School in 1958. She had retired in 2011 after 43 years of working in the Dietary Department at the Ellwood City Hospital. She attended Park Gate Baptist. Marc A. Shoaf, 32, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at his residence. Born December 14, 1990 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Marc D. Shoaf and April Donofrio. Marc graduated from Lincoln in 2009. During high school he played on the Football Team. After high school, he attended Vo Tech where he graduated with a nursing degree in 2013. Mrs. Kim E. Gorgas, 71, of New Castle passed away on Saturday. November 4th, 2023 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital. Kim was born on February 13th, 1952 in Ellwood City, to the late Lee E. and Dorothy (Zimmerman) Koah. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1970 and went on to become a Licensed Practical Nurse.
