Fred E. Bennett, 94, of Fombell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at his residence. Born May 1, 1930 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth Bender Bennett. A proud Army Veteran, Fred served from 1952-1954. He formerly owned F.E. Bennett excavating and retired from Herr-Voss in Rochester where he worked as a truck driver. After his retirement he worked in maintenance at Camp Kon-O-Kwee. He enjoyed going to the auctions in Rogers OH especially the Heavy Equipment Auctions, and hardly ever missed enjoying a fish dinner on Fridays at Harry’s Place…

Todd C. Higgins, 64, of Monaca passed away on Thursday, February 6th, 2024 at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. Todd was born on November 11th, 1960 in Ellwood City to James N. and Donna (Grady) Higgins Sr.. He graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1978. Todd worked at the Ellwood City Forge, Herr Voss, and most recently, as a car salesman for various dealerships in the area. Dennis M. Partridge, 73, of Ellwood City, passed away on February 4, 2025, at Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center in Beaver. Mr. Theodore Ciccozzi, 94, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center. Mr. Ciccozzi was born on August 12th,1930 in Monaca, PA to the late Pasquale and Maria (Luciani) Ciccozzi. He had graduated from Monaca High School with the class of 1950. Following high school, Ted worked briefly for Koppers in Shippingport and then enlisted with the United States Navy on June 1st, 1951. Cynthia Lee Patrick, 74, of Harmony passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Butler Memorial Hospital. Born December 28, 1950 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Bernice J. Shuster Platt. She was married to Jim Patrick when he passed away on August 1, 2007. Cynthia graduated from Riverside in 1968. For several years she was employed as a bus driver for Ellwood City Public Schools. Donald P. Frum, 51, of Beaver Falls (formerly of Wampum) was received into the loving arms of his Savior on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at UPMC Passavant following a lengthy illness. Born December 30, 1973 in New Brighton, he was the son of the late Donald P. Frum Sr. and Sandra Shaner Kirkwood of Wampum. Robert Hartman, 83, of Wampum passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at his residence. Born May 29, 1941 in Freedom, he was the son of the late Lester and Althea Hartman. For many years Bob owned and operated Hartman Silkscreen in Wampum. Survivors include his son, Robert Hartman, II of Michigan and his daughter, Amy Hartman of Washington.
