Mary Margaret Nye, 66, of Ellwood City (Franklin Twp.), formerly of Cumberland Maryland, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, August 21 2016 at the Beaver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Beaver Falls PA. Mary was born in New Castle PA on April 25 1950 to the late Donald E. Leydig and the late Betty J. Phillippi Leydig. Mary Margaret graduated from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Blind in Pittsburgh, and had some college credits. She later worked a vending service in Washington PA. Mr. Ronald L. Stuck, 71, of New Beaver Boro passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 15, 2016 in the Heritage Valley Medical Center following a brief battle with cancer. Ronald was born on January 31, 1945 in Rochester to the late Leroy and Margie Mace Stuck. He is a member of the Beaver High School class of 1963. Ron also had attended Indiana State University for one year. Richard V. Fisher, 85 of Perry Highway (US Rte 19), Portersville, passed away on Saturday, August 13th 2016 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, Pennsylvania. Dick was born in New Castle PA on September 14, 1930 to the late Vernon T. and Alda Jane Fisher. He married the former Florence Louise Fisher who preceded him in death on September 25, 2008. Robert H. Symons, 71 of Lilac Hill Lane, Volant PA passed away at his residence the evening of August 10th 2016. Bob was born in New Castle on February 13, 1945 to the late Howard and Myrtle Minshull Symons. He married the former Lucinda “Cindy” McIver on May 31, 1969 who survives him at home. LuAnn Blaine, 63, of Spring Ave., Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Ellwood City Hospital. Despite being in ill health, death was unexpected. Born April 7, 1953 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late David and Rose Geniviva Moritza. She was married for 38 years to Robert J. Blaine as they were married June 10, 1978. He survives. Mrs. Shirley E. Gearhart, 81, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, August, 8, 2016 in the Evergreen Nursing Center. Mrs. Gearhart was born on May 15, 1935 in Ellwood City to the late Floyd and Mary Kathryn Antherson Smith, Sr..
