Ralph L. Marshall, 90, of Ellwood Rd. , New Castle (Wayne Twp.) passed away peacefully on Monday, July 24, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born July 8, 1927 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Earl and Elizabeth Barkley Marshall. He was married for 65 years to Sally A. Mayberry Marshall who passed away November 30, 2014. Charles L.  “Chuck”  Timblin,  74 , of New Castle,  passed away  peacefully after a lengthy illness  on  Saturday, July 22 2017 at Butler Memorial Hospital in Butler PA. He was born in Ellwood City on March 27, 1943, to the late  Charles  W. and Alma Hazen  Timblin. Chuck graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of  1961 and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, including  one year in Vietnam. Charles E. “C.P.” Parker, 65, of Koppel, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully but unexpectedly at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh after a brief illness. He was born in Ellwood City on June 29 1952 to the late Howard E. and Doris Mae Crone Parker. He attended Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, and was a mechanic at Beatrice Service in Ewing Park, Ellwood BP, and McElwain Motors in Ellwood City for many years before retiring. Debra J. Davis, 61, of Frances St., Ellwood City (Franklin Twp.) passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 21, 1955 in Bellevue, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Marie M. Hess Jones. Debra enjoyed horseback riding and was an avid Steeler fan.
