William K. “Biff” Pander Jr, 85, of Ellwood City passed away peacefully Saturday, January 6, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born January 7, 1938 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late William K. Pander Sr. and Jean Schantz Pander Weingartner. He was married to Helen ” Pudy” (Krestel) Pander for 64 years as they were married August 29, 1959. Helen R. Wiley, 86, of Franklin Township passed away at her residence on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Born in Mars, PA on August 26, 1936, Helen was the daughter of the late Henry and Nina Elizabeth Gongaware Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Mrs. Delida P. Viccari formerly of Ellwood City, passed away on January 4th, 2024 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Delida was born on August 4th, 1933 in New Castle to the late Domenic and Catherine (Adamo) Tommelleo. She graduated from New Castle High School and then from St. Francis nursing school. Delida went on to become a registered nurse, working in the maternity ward of Mary Evan’s Hospital and later at St. Francis Hospital.
