Born August 27, 1950 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Russell F. Foreman and Antoinette Rossi Foreman of Ellwood City.  He was married to Debra J. Spiker Foreman who survives. LuAnn Blaine, 63, of Spring Ave., Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Ellwood City Hospital. Despite being in ill health, death was unexpected. Born April 7, 1953 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late David and Rose Geniviva Moritza. She was married for 38 years to Robert J. Blaine as they were married June 10, 1978. He survives. Mrs. Gearhart was born on May 15, 1935 in Ellwood City to the late Floyd and Mary Kathryn Antherson Smith, Sr.. Leonard was born on April 1, 1926 in Ellwood City to the late Frank F. and Nancy Russo Wolfe, Sr. Leonard enlisted with the U.S. Marine Corp. in October of 1943 and served in the Pacific Theatre during World War II with the rank of Sargent until his discharge in November of 1947.
