Kurt Steilner, 74, of Harrisville passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at VNA Hospice in Butler. Born in Transylvania, Romania on July 4, 1943, Kurt was the son of the late John and Katherine Orr Steilner.  He was a Veteran of the US Marine Corps. Marilyn Grace Geniviva, 64, of Ellwood City passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at her residence. Born December 2, 1953 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Helen U. Konowaluk and Cosmo S. Geniviva Sr. Marilyn graduated from Lincoln High School in 1971. She braved a 20 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born in Ellwood City on May 5 1928 to the late Curtis  and Edith Majors  Main. She was a longtime member of  Park Gate Baptist Church. William “Bill” Cox, 75, of Ellwood City, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Brighton Township. Born in Beaver Falls on June 27, 1942, Bill was the son of the late Everett and Martha Schwartz Cox.  After Bill retired from B&W, he worked for several years at Camp Kon-O-Kwee.  Bill served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.  He loved riding and restoring vintage motorcycles and he also loved his black lab, Cole.  A lifetime member of the NRA, Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He was also a member of Ducks Unlimited and Castlewood Rod…

Mr. George R. Parker, 83, of Perry Twp. passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center. Mr. Parker was born on June 6, 1934 in New Castle to the late George H. and Lillian Ketterer Parker. He enlisted with the U.S. Navy on September 23, 1951 and served on the USS Keppler and the USS Cascade until his discharge on September 24, 1959.  He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the Navy Occupation Service Medal (European Clasp).
