Mrs. Kathleen M. Thompson, 85, formerly of North Sewickley Twp. passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 in the Passavant Retirement Community. Mrs. Thompson was born on November 1, 1931 in Ellwood City to the late Michael and Margaret Dabranski Lasky. Kathleen is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1949, and the First Church of God in Franklin Twp.. She also was an avid bingo player. Richard E. Rodgers, 71 of State St., Ellport passed away at his residence on Monday, June 26, 2017 following a lengthy illness. Dan B. Hawke, 65, of Koppel passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in his residence. Dan was born on April 23, 1952 in Fombell to the late Arthur J. and Jean Matthews Hawke.  He is a member of the Riverside High School class of 1970. Dan served with the U.S. Air Force  February 12, 1971 until his discharge on February 10, 1978.  He than worked at Tex Oil and Gas and Marathon Oil in Texas than at Trader Horn. Mrs. Margaret L. Lutz, 89, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 in the Wexford Healthcare Center. Mrs. Lutz was born on February 20, 1928 in Ellwood City to the late James and Marie Durbin Coast. She had attended Lincoln High School, and was a member of the United Free Methodist Church in Ellwood City. Robert T. Yanke, Jr., 70, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, June 21-2017 in his residence. Robert was born on November 23, 1946 in McKees Rocks to the late Robert T. Yanke, Sr. and Gertrude Hufnagel Yanke of McKees Rocks.  He served with the U.S. Army December 7, 1967 until his discharge on December 5, 1969 with the Company D 7th Engineering Battalion Fifth United States Army.
