Tammy S. Ritter, 63, of Ellport, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Born in Ellwood City on March 29, 1960, Tammy was the daughter of the late George and Matilda Seaburn Yhelka.  She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Ritter whom she married on April 8, 1978.  She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church and a former member of its Christian Mothers.  She enjoyed playing bingo but mostly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. David Andrew Hulick, 38, went home to be with our Lord on Friday, February 23, 2024 in Carthage, North Carolina. Mr. James N. Higgins, 87, of Fombell passed away on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Higgins was born on November 10th, 1936 in Ellwood City to the late Earl and Dorothy (Skewis) Higgins. Carol Klingensmith, 76, of Shenango Township passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the Butler Hospital surrounded by her family members.
