She was born on July 8, 1929 to the late Luigi and Catherine Loccisano Ottobre in Ellwood City. Julie was a graduate of Lincoln High School class of 1947 and was employed at the former Ellwood City Knitting Mill and the former Mattress Plant. Debra J. Davis, 61, of Frances St., Ellwood City (Franklin Twp.) passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 21, 1955 in Bellevue, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Marie M. Hess Jones. Debra enjoyed horseback riding and was an avid Steeler fan. Brenda L. McCormick (née Shaner), 65, of Ellwood City, went home to Heaven on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, surrounded by family at Good Samaritan Hospice. From her birth on June 11, 1952, until her death, she served the Lord and extended love, kindness, and faith to those around her. Margaret R. (Watson) Gioffre, of Koppel, died at home on July 1, 2017. Margaret’s husband, Lou Gioffre, died in 2002. They were happily married for 56 years. Margaret had a real zest for life, and she lived it to the fullest.
