Helen Muntean Oliver, 87, of  North Tower Road, (Franklin Township),  Fombell,   died peacefully at home on  Tuesday evening, November 21 2017, surrounded by her family. Born March 5, 1930 in Canton, Ohio, Helen was the daughter of the late Nick Muntean Sr.  and the late Elizabeth Toda Muntean.   She was a member of the Park Alliance Church (Christian and Missionary Alliance)  in Ewing Park where she helped in the kitchen for many years and was known for always baking delicious cookies for friends and family. Rob loved his wife Loreekay so much he carved his love in stone, and his daughter Leah, who he would have moved the world for. This certainty gives them both comfort and strength. Janice E. Kelly, 76, of New Beaver Boro died Friday, November 17, 2017 at Jameson Hospital. Although in ill health, death was unexpected. Born September 9, 1941 in Kane, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick A.and Beatrice Bushley Phillips.  She was married for 34 years to Carl M. Kelly who survives. They were married December 5, 1983. In addition to her husband, Carl, survivors include one son, Steven C. (Gretchen) Kelly of Bostic North Carolina and a sister, Diana (Ronald) Lineman of Oil City. Lena Stanilla Bauder, 97, of Ellwood City, (Franklin Twp.) was called home to the Lord, on Sunday evening, November 19, 2017 at the Ellwood City Medical Center. She was born on January 2, 1920 in Lebanon, PA to the late Anna Arazan and Joseph Stanilla. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 1937, where she met her future husband, Willard E. Bauder, when he was stationed at Indiantown Gap before he was sent to Europe during World War II. She and Willard married on November 7, 1945. He passed away May 3, 1982. Robert F. Smorada Sr., 80, of Ellwood City, passed away Saturday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born April 21, 1937 in Haydenville, PA, he was the son of the late Rudolph R. and Valeria Ann Buran Smorada.  He was married for 59 years to Marcia Lee Osterwise Smorada who survives. They were married September 29, 1958. Bob graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1960. Ricky L. Blaskowitz, 48, of Second St., Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly at work on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Born October 5, 1969 in Sharon, he was the son of Dennis and Emma L. Lutz Blaskowitz of Ellwood City. Ricky graduated from Lincoln High School in 1987 where he was a member of the football team. He was a member of the Local 373 Laborer’s Union in Pittsburgh.
