Renee L. Eckley, 61, of Monaca passed away on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Renee was born on August 24th, 1962 in Minot, North Dakota to Gary and Shirley (Kronemann) Eckley. She graduated from Fergus Falls High School in Minnesota with the class of 1980. Most recently she worked as office support staff for Team Fishel and previously many dedicated years at the Ottertail County Jail in Fergus Falls, MN. James P. Knight, 81 of North Sewickley Township passed away at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Born in Ellwood City on June 5, 1942, James was the son of the late Paul Howard and Helen M. Edward Herman Berendt, 78, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at home peacefully surrounded by his wife and children. Ed was born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania on May 6,1945 to the late Margaret Miller Berendt and William M. Berendt, Sr.  He worked at multiple steel mills in the area and finished his career at the Ellwood City Forge.
