Frances Dee Falen DiFrischia, 83, left for her next big adventure on February 10, 2021, at home, surrounded by her family. Dee will be profoundly missed by kids Dana, Scott, Kellie and Lara. She also leaves behind lifelong friends Nancy Lemmon and Darlene Scala as well as honorary daughter, Lorri Smiley. Shirley Rae Hairhoger Lucy Moore, 65, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2021. Born July 4, 1955 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. Hairhoger and Barbara L. Hozick Hairhoger, who survives. Shirley Rae attended Lawrence County Vo-Tech graduating in 1973 and attended Pen State. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and her puppy, Sally Mae. William E. Cummins, 72, of North Beaver Township passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Boardman following a short illness. Born June 16, 1948 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Clarence K. and Florence E. McClurg Cummins. He was married to Jane E. Zeh Cummins for 52 years. Bill served in the United States Navy during Vietnam and Desert Shield and retired as a Sr. Chief Petty Officer. Arthur F. Wehman, 88, of West Pittsburg (formerly of Ellwood City) passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at his residence. Born November 14, 1932 in Wayne Township, he was the son of the late Arthur F. and Minnie Weisenstin Wehman. He was married to Martha Louden on May 26, 1956. They were married over 64 years. Art graduated from Lincoln High School in 1950. Art was a veteran of the United States Navy. He served from 1951-1955 during the Korean Conflict. Stephen Thomas Goebel, 49, of Wampum, passed away unexpectedly on February 6, 2021. Born February 9, 1971 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Thomas L. and Karen S. Chappell Goebel. She survives. Stephen was formerly employed by Michael Baker’s and Agway in New Castle. He was a member of the Chewton Christian Church. Stephen had a quirky sense of humor.
