Mr. Eugene Leroy Stiefel, 94, passed away on Thursday, June 3rd, 2021. He was born on August 12th, 1926 in Ellwood City to the late Archie and Mildred (Jacobs) Stiefel and was a lifelong resident of Ellwood City. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 10:30 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. with Rev. Luke was born on January 16, 1958 in Ellwood City to the late Francis B. and Janice (Duncan) Haswell III. He had attended Lincoln High School and the Living Water Baptist Church. Wilbert S. Cover, Jr., 86, of Ellwood City, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Grove at New Castle. Born on May 25, 1935 in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, Wilbert was the son of the late Wilbert and Helen Adams Cover.  He retired from Townsend where he worked as a wire drawer.  Wilbert was a Veteran of the Unites State Marine Corps.  He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. Carol A. “Flicka” Colaberardino, 80, of Ellwood City, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 in Heritage Valley Beaver after a 10 year battle with multiple myeloma. Born in Ellwood City on December 18, 1940, Flicka was the daughter of the late Frank “Grundy” and Stella DeVinney Volpe.  She married Thomas “Dino” Colaberardino on November 20, 1965.  Flicka retired from Calgon in 1995 where she worked as a traffic supervisor.  A member of Holy Redeemer Church, Flicka enjoyed gardening. Nancy Young, 75, of New Castle passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 the Jameson Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born October 5, 1945 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Henry King and Virginia Whiteside Morgan. Nancy was a graduate of New Castle High School. For over 30 years she worked as a bank teller for the former Integra bank. She attended Harmony Baptist Church. Nancy was a social butterfly and very easygoing. Mr. Robert Barensfeld, age 96, died peacefully of old age in his residence in Ellwood City, PA on August 2, 2021. He was born on March 11, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to Etienne and Lenore Barensfeld. He was predeceased in 2012 by his wife, Janice Evans Barensfeld. He is survived by his children, Christine Barensfeld (John Hagerman) of Boxford, MA, and David Barensfeld (Wendy) of Ellwood City, five granddaughters and three great grandchildren.
