Born October 4, 1942 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. and Augusta Mohr Hogue. She was married to Donald Cooper when he passed on March 25, 2017. Blaine G. Olinger, 70, of Franklin Twp. passed away at his residence on May 5, 2022. Blaine was born in Ellwood City, PA on September 23, 1951 to the late Robert H. and Hazel I. ‘Reese’ Olinger. Blaine was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan and fisherman, as well as being a member of the APA Pool League. He loved the company of his family and friends. Ms. Donna M. Reeher, 67, of Ellwood City passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at her residence. Donna was born on June 24th 1954 in Ellwood City to the late, Clyde E.
