Bartle Sr. and Iona V. (Fortney) Bartle. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Delores, a step-daughter, Mary Jean Stevenson, his parents, a brother, Arthur J. Bartle of Noblesville, Indiana and a sister Margaret (Bartle) Herko of Harmony, Pennsylvania. Born December 5, 1942 in Lincoln Hill, PA, she was the daughter of the late Willard K. and Ethel McKahan Watson. She was married to Clyde H. Hatcher. He died on September 12, 1988. Nancy was born at Providence Hospital in Beaver Falls on October 6, 1937, to the late Charles “Chick” Higgins and Mary Salvano Higgins.
