He was married to Barbara (Dallies) Arkwright, who sadly passed away in December 2020 Upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. Stephen J. Douglas, 57, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver, following a brief illness. Stephen was born on January 1st, 1964 in Lewisham, England to the late Robert and Jean Alice (Jones) Douglas. He graduated from High School in England. Bill G. Cunningham, 92, of New Castle passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Avalon Place after a short battle with cancer. Born March 16, 1929 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ina Main Cunningham. He was married to Mary Lou Tillia Cunningham for 53 years. She died on March 1, 2003. James L. Hoover, 93, of Austintown, Ohio, passed away at the Austin Wood Care Facility on April 14, 2021. James was born in Ellwood City on April 13, 1928, son to the late Leo and Lillian Kistner Hoover. After graduating from high school, James enlisted in the United States Navy and was discharged with honors.
