Born September 1, 1942 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Hazel Powell Fosnaught. She was married to Alva “Bud” Blackwell when he passed away in 2009. Carol had worked at Airway Luggage in Ellwood City. In her youth, she bowled a perfect 300 game.
