Donald E. “Donnie” Kumrow Jr., 65, of Mahoning Township passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the Hospice House in Poland Ohio following a short-term illness. Born June 9, 1958 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Donald E. and Mary Jane James Kumrow Sr. Donnie had worked in different fabrication shops and then retired from Poland Concrete.
