According to the criminal complaint on Jan. 22 a Pennsylvania State Trooper was dispatched to the Mini Storage Units located at 941 Clyde Street in Wampum Borough, in reference to four units being broken into. Upon arrival the officer determined the locks were cut on all four units; surveillance photos of the suspect and the car he was driving was provided, allowing further investigation to reveal the suspect as Corey D. A local Ellwood City man pleaded guilty yesterday to distributing sadistic child pornography on a peer-to-peer network from a computer at his house, where he lived with his parents. Lucas Klobetanz, 40, was state-investigated and charged in 2015 after he admittedly stalked Amish children in Lawrence and Mercer County in an attempt to lure them into outhouses near Amish school grounds. He pleaded guilty to stalking and prosecutors dropped a related charge of luring. He was sentenced to three months to two years in that case. An investigation is ongoing after Bradley Grinnen, a graduate of Lincoln Junior-Senior High School was found deceased Sunday morning around 11:22a.m. in a dorm room on the campus of Waynesburg University, the college he was attending. After graduating high school playing both football and wrestling, the 21 year old furthered his football career performing as a junior defensive lineman for the university. The Rev. Woman Who Used Fake Identity Facing Felony Charges About a month ago a police report was released regarding a Warren, Ohio woman coming to the Ellwood City Hospital in an attempt to receive narcotic pain treatment by providing false identification. Two Charged with Marijuana Possession Joseph Edward Haybarger, 20, of Ellwood City, and Anthony Booker, 18, of New Castle, were both charged after an incident that occurred on Jan. 17. According to the criminal complaint, an officer was traveling behind a vehicle operated by Haybarger when the officer noticed the passenger side window was down and the smell of marijuana was emitting from the car. According to the criminal complaint, two males will be facing burglary charges after an incident that occurred on Christmas Day at approximately 11:45p.m. at a residence on Spring Avenue. Officers were advised by the reporting party that two males had kicked in the rear door of the house and left the scene in a green Mitsubishi Eclipse. A 13 year old student was apprehended by North Sewickley Police after his direct involvement in a stolen weapons and terroristic threat incident that occurred last week. After the teen was harassing a classmate via social media, the mother of the harassed peer attempted to contact the juveniles parents and during the phone call the teen threatened to shoot the woman – unknowingly to the woman he was referring to shooting her with two loaded hand guns that had been stolen from her husband by the harassing teen and a friend at an earlier occasion.
