Four Cars Damage At Local Auto Dealership: On Monday September 24 at 1:07 p.m, Napleton Automotive manager Ray Reale called Ellwood City Police with a report that four of the cars in the Napelton lot had been damaged sometime between 8:00 p.m on Saturday September 23 and 12:00 p.m on Monday September 24. POLICE: Two Vehicle Break-Ins Reported In North Side Area

Two reports of vehicle thefts were reported this week on Ellwood City’s North Side – each reported within 24 hours of each other.   First, on Wednesday, September 19th, Erica Miller, of Hazel Avenue, reported that an unknown actor entered a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe parked in her driveway between 10:00 p.m and 7:30 a.m. Miller reported that her ashtray was removed which contained $3.00 to $4.00 dollars in change. VIDEO: Man Opens Fire Inside Local Bar When Told To Leave

According to a publish report and video, a regular at a local bar who didn’t want to leave at closing time opened fire overnight Tuesday at a Weisz’s Hazel Manor in Ellwood City.  According to reports the patron refused to leave the establishment which led to a verbal confrontation with the bar owner. With five people inside, including the owner, Michael Allen Henry, Jr., 26, of 185 Kindale Street pulled a 9mm gun out and put it on the bar. Monaca Man Charged In Ellwood City Thefts

According to police reports, Shawn Patrick Glenn, 22, of Monaca, PA has been charged with theft, theft from vehicles, loitering and prowling, possession of instruments of crime, fleeing police and resisting arrest after an incident last week in Ellwood City’s North Side. Expired Registration Leads to Court Summons

Ellwood City Police Department completed a traffic stop on Joseph Serjak for an expired registration on Aug. 4. Officers approached the vehicle and Serjak immediately stated he had a knife on his waist. Police advised Serjak to keep his hands on the wheel of the vehicle. Serjak was accompanied in the car by Jon Lamzena, both appeared nervous to officers. The officer observed track marks on Serjak’s arms and asked why his registration was expired. HARRISBURG, Pa. – It’s a case that has captured national and international attention — when at 11-years-old Jordan Brown of Lawrence County was charged with killing his father’s pregnant fiance nearly ten years ago. One Charged After Car Crash on July 4

Ivy Frederick was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after making a too sharp turn and hitting another vehicle. Jessica and Mark Bucci were parked at the stop sign heading west on Wayne Avenue when a red Cadillac Escalade made a too sharp turn and struck their vehicle. Officers arrived at the scene and spoke to Frederick about hitting the other vehicle. One Man Charged in Connection With Ellwood City High Speed Chase on July 4

Ellwood City Police are looking for a driver who sent them on a high speed chase on the Fourth of July. Police have filed charges against 22-year-old Isiah Nathaniel Carr of 1866 W. Lawrence Ave. regarding the alleged pursuit. District Judge Jerry G. Cartwright has issued a warrant for his arrest. Update: Ellwood City Car Crash Victim Identified

The Ellwood City man killed in a one-car accident on Saturday night has been identified as Benjamin Junkin, 19. Ellwood City police reported that Junkin’s brakes apparently failed on Wampum Avenue at Bridge Street. His car went airborne, went over a hill, struck a couple of trees and rolled. Junkin was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
