(Butler, PA) The academic achievements of a 24-year-old Ellwood City resident and Butler County Community College student with a 4.0 grade-point average have been recognized with a $1,500 scholarship from the Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant Foundation, Philadelphia. Bus Parade Planned Friday To Recognize Hartman Being Named PA Blue Ribbon School

A bus parade will take place Friday morning, October 31st to celebrate Hartman Intermediate School being named a Pennsylvania Blue Ribbon School. Festivities are set to begin around 8:00 a.m. where the students line the halls and the teachers, led by the percussion line, walk the halls.  The school will then have an assembly from 8:15-9:00 a.m. with speakers, contests, and a celebration of the kids and staff.
