The Ellwood City Halloween Parade is one of the most popular events among Ellwood families for good reason, not only is it fun to watch but it offers an interactive experience for the children who want to dress up and participate in the parade. The annual Ellwood City Halloween Parade will march down Lawrence Avenue Saturday, October 29 at 3:30.
