ELLWOOD CITY – Continuing his efforts to stay in touch with the people who hired him to be their voice in Harrisburg, state Rep. When a residential customer receives a notice of delinquency, he/she must apply for an extended payment plan unless payment is being paid IN FULL. Extended Payment Plan Conditions  Payment plan shall not exceed 90 days after original due date. Agreed amounts are payable for 30-60-90 day periods. Ellwood City, PA – Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Fall Fest & Car Cruise on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 11 am – 5 pm on Lawrence Avenue.  There will be food, vendors, family activities, a car cruise, and local entertainment. Ellwood City Wolverine Varsity Football Tickets on Sale Now

Season tickets for 2018 Ellwood City Wolverine Varsity Football games are now on sale. Tickets available will be adult season passes, student season passes and student super fan passes at Lincoln High School; and student season passes and student super fan passes at Hartman Intermediate and Perry Lower Intermediate. Lincoln High School Building Updates

Lincoln High School is undergoing some renovations to their science wing and the exterior curtain wall of the building. The project was to replace a curtain wall along the science wing of the high school. The curtain wall was inefficient as far as heating and cooling since it was single pane windows and aluminum framing. “The decision to replace the wall occurred this past spring and work began as soon as school let out in May,” Superintendent, Joseph E. The Annual Pie Festival hosted by the Lincoln Blue Band will be held on Thursday, Aug. 23 at Helling Stadium. Ellwood City Council May Still Consider More Changes to Ellwood City Electric

Ellwood City council members have met more than half of the seven suggestions they received in a letter about improving Ellwood City Electric Department from Rep. Aaron Bernstine and state Sen. Elder Vogel Jr., after Monday nights council meeting. Ellwood City Council voted yes Monday to extend the delinquency period on bills from the borough-run department from 12 days to 16 days, to eliminate the $5 fee for delinquency notices and drop the penalty rate from 5 percent to 2.5 percent.
