Colonel  E. Dale Cunningham,  90,  accepted an auction bid from the One who owns the cattle upon a thousand hills, on March 20 2019. Our deep loss is his elated reunion with his sweetheart wife, Helen.   He shared that deep loss of his father and mother, Charles and Elizabeth Kiesling Cunningham, and many dear friends and relatives he missed daily. Barry  J.  Jesseman, 63, of Franklin Twp., died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 3 , 2019,at UPMC Passavant  McCandless. He was born in Rochester  PA on January 23, 1956, to William J. Jesseman of Melbourne FL, and Carol Kirkham Jesseman Cutich, of Franklin Township. Barry graduated from Riverside High School in 1975, and played baseball in the County League and umpired. Edward C. Lintz, 92

Edward C. Lintz,  92, of North Sewickley Township (Ellwood City), passed away peacefully on  Wednesday, February 13 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver. He was born in Evans City PA on March 1 1926, to the late Charles  and  Earla  Nelson  Lintz. He served in the US Navy during World War II, as an aviation machinist mate aboard the USS Pasadena, in battles in the Philippines and  Iwo Jima.   Lintz was a witness to the  signing of the armistice in Tokyo Bay. Agnes M. Lapinsky, 101

Agnes M. Lapinsky, 101, formerly of  Princeton  (Slippery Rock Twp.)  and Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, February 11,  2019 at Avalon Place in New Castle. Agnes was  born in Ellwood City  on  January  7, 1918  to the late August   and  Helen Wagner  Tetmeir. She was a member of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church. Agnes worked at Curtis Wright Co. in Vanport, and later at Shenango Pottery and Johnson Bronze in New Castle. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lapinsky, who died January 23, 2007. Jean  L. Meehan,  89, of Ellwood City (Wurtemburg), passed away  unexpectedly on Friday evening,  February 8 2019 in the emergency department of The Ellwood City Medical Center. She was born in Ellwood City on  November 24 1929, to the late  Floyd L.   and  Helen V. Kifer                Miesel. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of  1948. Wilma  Johns  Brandt,  70, of Portersville,  went to be with the Lord  on Thursday afternoon,  January 31 2019, at UPMC Passavant McCandless. She was born in  Worthington  PA , on December 19 1948, to the late  Clayton Johns and  Doris Smith. She worked as a nurse’s aide  for many years. Wilma enjoyed camping and sewing. Mark  N. “Marko”  Fontana, 63, of Ellwood City,  passed away peacefully on  Wednesday evening, January 23 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born  in Ellwood City on April 26, 1955  to  Betty J. Weingartner   Fontana, and the late Amey  N. Fontana, who died  September 25 1992. Mark attended Lincoln High School, and graduated from the Lawrence County Vo-Tech in 1973. He was a self-employed artist, and  a former  truck driver. M. Eleanor Orr, 90, of Ellwood City, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday morning, January 18 2019, from  The Grove at Harmony. She passed away only two weeks after her husband. She was born in Ellwood City on June 16 1928 to the late  Wilbert  and Ethel Kennedy  Jessop. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City in 1946, and  worked at the Bell Telephone Co. office in Ellwood City as an operator.  Later she worked as head cashier at Christy’s Market. William  F. Orr, 90, of  Ellwood City (Franklin Township), went to be with his Lord and Savior  on Wednesday evening,  January  2  2019 at  The Grove in New Wilmington. He was born in Ellwood City on November 25 1928 to the late   John R. Orr, Sr. and  Blanche Rasely  Orr. After her death, he was raised by  John and  Anna Mae Newell Orr.
