Joe was born on April 14, 1962 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph A. “Lucky” Mazzei, Sr. and Connie (DeBaise) Mazzei. He graduated from Lawrence County Vo-Tech in 1980 where he earned a diploma in Industrial Electricity. Mrs. Casciato was born on July 19, 1924 in Ellwood City to the late Bernado and Damiana (Losacco) Sera. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1942. Christine worked at Silver Blatts as a sales clerk, and later at Lincoln High School as a cafeteria worker. She is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish and the Holy Redeemer Christian Mothers.
