Mrs. Linda D. Balin, 74, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Balin was born in Philadelphia on December 24th, 1947 to the late William E. and Delores E. (Yeager) Valentine. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1965. Linda is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish and had taught CCD at the former Purification BVM School. William “Bill” Mora, 74, of Ellwood City died June 14, 2022, after a long illness. Bill was born March 7, 1948, in Ellwood City to the late Chester and Catherine Patricia McCullough Mora. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965 and served in the U.S Navy on the West Coast after basic training at the Naval Station Great Lakes. Bill worked at the Frisco plant of Calgon for many years before retiring at 55 to pursue his diverse interests that included guns, hunting and fishing. Mark was born in Monaca on February 2nd, 1952 to the late Melvin and Mary (Yambrisic) Grim.
