On Wednesday, December 28th, 2022, Docia Jacobs passed away at the age of 75. She was born on May 12th, 1947 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Jerome and Elnora “Peggy” (Woods) Jinar. Docia was a passionate teacher, graduating from Lincoln High School before earning her degree in special education from Slippery Rock University.
