Mrs. Elsie J. DeVries, 96, of Ellwood City, passed away on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at Quality of Life Services in New Castle. Mrs. DeVries was the daughter of the late Henry and Emma Welsh born on April 17th, 1928 in Ellwood City. For many years she worked at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill as a Floor Girl. Mrs. Cheryl A. Shirley, 69, of North Sewickley Township passed away at her residence on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 with her loving family at her bedside.
