Born May 31, 1951 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Elizabeth Plassmeyer Smith. She was married to Ray Stelter who died March 7, 1999. Vicki graduated from Mohawk High School. She drove for Swift Trucking Company and was a member of the New Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. Vicki helped with holiday dinners at the Clinton United Methodist Church. Larry “Bear” Walls, 74, of Old Rt. 18, Wampum passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 following a short courageous battle with cancer. Born February 6, 1943 in New Castle, PA, he was the son of the late Merrill and Vera Mitchell Walls. Larry was a self employed truck driver. William R. Nagel, 76, of North Side, Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at his home. Although in ill health, death was unexpected.
