She was born in Franklin Township on February 11, 1926, the daughter of Mr. John and Mrs. Elise Stephenson. She was married to Robert J. Dooley for 55 years; Bob died in 2001. Together on Butler Avenue in Franklin Township, they raised their beautiful daughter Darcy, also deceased. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brother, Scott B. Born May 31, 1915 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Cora D. Marshall Brandon. She was married for 43 years to Earl P. Moyer as they were married on December 21, 1942. He passed away June 21, 1985. Mrs. Moyer graduated from Lincoln High School and from Slippery Rock State Teachers College.
