Barbara K. Tepsich, 72, of Shenango Twp. (formerly of Boyd School Rd.,Wampum) passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at The Grove of New Castle following a lengthy illness. Born June 6, 1947 in Monaca, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hope (Webster) Piersol. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James D. Piersol. Herbert E. Deal, 81, of West Pittsburg passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at his residence following a short illness. Born July 11, 1938 in Koppel, he was the son of the late Herbert H. and Margaret C. (Mills) Deal. Herb retired in 1986 from Babcock and Wilcox where he was a millwright welder. He then worked and retired in 2000 from Essroc Cement Co. in Bessemer. A Veteran of the Army, Herb served during the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.
