Born January 21, 1948 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Charles Ross and Ethel Mae Rogan Bingle. She was married for 52 years to Sterling L. Stephenie A. Freed, 51, of Fredonia passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital following a short illness. Born October 4, 1966 in Franklin, PA,  she was the daughter of Stephen J. and Anna Mae Cook Rogers. She was married to David Freed, he survives. Stephenie was a member of the Western PA Dairy Goat Association.
