Born October 31, 1927 in Wampum, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Hinks Stinnett. She was married to Samuel Chandler who passed away April 20, 1978. Florence was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Chewton where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Born December 5, 1958 in Beckley, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Francis Trevelline of Ripley, New York and the late Barbara Brown Trevelline.
