Born October 14, 1961 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Edward and Karen Elizabeth (Burgess) Hardy. Charles Lynn Stelter, 88, of North Beaver Township passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Uniontown Hospital. Born December 20, 1933 in Moravia, he was the son of the late Elmer Edward and Essie Mae Kelly Stelter. He was married to Martha Elizabeth Stelter. Charles was a longtime member of the North Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. Born April 7, 1942 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Samuel and Katherine (Krystynski) Tepsich Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Barbara K. (Piersol) Tepsich when she passed on August 8, 2019. In his younger years he was stationed in Germany as he served in the United States Army. Born April 14, 1928 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Mable Strohecker Partridge. She was married to Gilbert “Windy” Stewart when he passed in 1983.
