Born December 20, 1933 in Moravia, he was the son of the late Elmer Edward and Essie Mae Kelly Stelter. He was married to Martha Elizabeth Stelter. Charles was a longtime member of the North Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. Born April 7, 1942 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Samuel and Katherine (Krystynski) Tepsich Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Barbara K.
