John Robert “Bobby” Powell, 82, of New Beaver Borough passed away suddenly on Monday, January 20, 2025 as a result of an automobile accident. Bobby was born on December 18, 1942 in Ellwood City, to the late Frank A. and Helen V. (Butkevitz) Powell of Chewton. James C. Mora, 57, of Wampum passed away Friday, January 24, 2025 at his residence following a courageous one-and-a-half-year battle with cancer. Born January 20, 1968 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Ronald P. and Linda McKim Mora. James attended Lincoln High School and graduated from Vo-Tech in 1986.
