Born December 6, 1944, in New Brighton, he was the son of the late Wilbur Russell “Jim” and Mary Nulph Newton. He was married to Betty Jean Funkhouser Newton for 44 years until she passed away on May 21, 2011. Butch worked as a millwright at B&W in Beaver Falls and later at Koppel until his retirement. Richard C. Kiselka, 73, of Ellwood City passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 16, 1951, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Norma Marie Kiselka-Finke. Richard graduated from Franklin High School, attended the School of Veterinary Medicine, and is a member of the Lillyville Church of God. An Army Veteran, Richard served during the Vietnam War in Korea with Company A 728th Military Police Battalion.
