Bob Ross Style Art Lesson
Sandy Hughey will be teaching a Bob Ross wet on wet technique art lesson to the public on Saturday March, 25 from 10a.m.-4p.m. The lesson is open to anyone, beginner or pro, aged 14+ and will be held in the Lincoln High School room T (the old ceramic room). For more information call 724-758-2211

Wurtemburg Perry Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry
The Wurtemburg Perry Volunteer Fire Department, located at 488 Portersville Rd, will be hosting their Lenten Fish Dinner on the following days: March 10 & 24, April 7 & 14. Serving time will start at 5p.m. and end at 7p.m. Take out will be available and can be called into 724-758-9126.
Ellwood Area Golden Agers 55+ Event
Community members 55+ are invited to enjoy an afternoon of Bingo and cards held at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Center Starting on March 15th and tentatively throughout the following dates: March 15, 22, 29, April 5, 19, 26, and May 3, 10, 17, 24. Doors open at 12:30p.m. with Bingo and cards starting at 1p.m. The event is free but Bingo will cost $1-$2 per ticket, light snacks and drinks will be provided. Riverside to Present “The Drowsy Chaperone”
The Riverside High School Theater will present the hilarious comedy musical, The Drowsy Chaperone starting tomorrow through March 5th in the high school auditorium. A cast of over seventy-five from the high school and middle school will participate in the production directed by Andrew Kovall. Portersville Christian School Championship Games Recap
Portersville Christian School Championship Games took place this past Saturday, Feb. 25th with the junior high boys losing to Central Prep 32-16, junior high girls winning against Central 13-11, Varsity girls losing to Aquinas 44-27 and Varsity boys winning 55-45 against Cheswick. This is the first time in history that all four of Portersville Christian School’s basketball teams have gone on to the Championships in the same year. Honoring Hack Wilson

Criminal Complaint: Wampum Storage Unit Theft
According to the criminal complaint on Jan. 22 a Pennsylvania State Trooper was dispatched to the Mini Storage Units located at 941 Clyde Street in Wampum Borough, in reference to four units being broken into. Upon arrival the officer determined the locks were cut on all four units; surveillance photos of the suspect and the car he was driving was provided, allowing further investigation to reveal the suspect as Corey D. Rayl, 43, of Beaver Falls, PA. The estimated amount of stolen goods equals $1809.00 and Rayl will be facing felony charges of criminal trespass and entering unattended property, misdemeanor…
