Frank R. “Lucky” Paswell, 62, of Wayne Twp. passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in the Ellwood City Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Lucky was born on August 13, 1954 in Ellwood City to the late Frank A. and Kathryn A. Gibbons Paswell, Jr.. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1972, and the Holy Redeemer Parish. He had worked at McElwain Motors as the parts manager for many years, and then with Baierl Honda in Wexford as the parts manager for several years. Lucky also was a member of the Ellwood City Wolves Club and the Sons of Italy #608.
Lucky is survived by his wife of 26 years, Janine Farkas Paswell, his daughter, Lauren Nicole Paswell of Allison Park, his son, Ross Stephen Paswell at home, his sister, Kathy Dudas of New Castle, his brothers and sisters-in-law, Don (Kim) Farkus of Sugarland, TX, David (Maria) Farkas of Houston, TX, Jeff (Karen) Farkas of Braddock, Kathy (Richard) Neal of Ellwood City, his nieces and nephews, Katie Dudas, Patrick (Danni) Dudas, Melissa Farkas, Justin (Misty) Austin, Shawn (Nicole) Farkas, Caitlin (Colton) Gardner, and Brandon Farkas. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews, Justin Jr., Domenic, and Kathryn Austin, Isabella, and Bailee Farkas, and Madeline and Parker Gardner. He is preceded in death by his parents, his mother and father-in-law, Donald and Joanne Farkas, and his brother-in-law, George Dudas.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the Holy Redeemer Church. Inurnment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
