The Pennsylvania State Mayors’ Association recently hosted a four-member Borough Mayors Roundtable in Harrisburg.
This collaborative forum brought together selected borough leaders to discuss issues affecting their communities, share ideas, and coordinate efforts on matters of mutual concern. The roundtable was led by Ellwood City Mayor Anthony J. Court, who served as Chairman.
Mayor Court has served as Chairman for the past two years, providing leadership and guidance on issues impacting borough governments throughout Pennsylvania. In his role as Chairman, Mayor Court selected the participating mayors, assembling a group of municipal leaders dedicated to improving services, strengthening intergovernmental relationships, and advocating for the needs of their residents.
Through regular meetings and open dialogue, the Borough Mayors Roundtable has served as an effective platform for exchanging best practices, addressing regional concerns, and fostering partnerships that benefit participating communities.
“I am proud to serve as Chairman and facilitate productive discussions about local leadership, borough government, and the important work mayors do to build stronger, more connected communities,” said Court in a statement.
Under Mayor Court’s leadership, the Roundtable has encouraged meaningful conversations, strengthened relationships among municipalities, and promoted collaborative solutions to common challenges facing local governments.
The program will air on PCN on the following dates and times:
- August 9 at 9:00 a.m.
- August 16 at 5:00 p.m.
- August 23 at 9:00 a.m.
- August 30 at 5:00 p.m.
