Ellwood City Public Library Activities For Week Of August 3rd

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

HOURS

Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.

BOOK SALE COLLECTION:

We are now taking donations for the book sale in October. We do not take text books, readers digest condensed books, magazines, encyclopedias or VHS tapes.

Activities taking place this week include.

MONDAY, AUGUST 3

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 4

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
• 4:30 p.m. – “Penn Ohio Clay Guild Program,” a program for all ages to learn about and create clay art. Light refreshments will be served.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 6

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 7

• 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – “Coloring for Adults,” bring your own supplies or use ours.
• 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” work on your own individual projects while socializing with other knitters.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 8

• 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – “4th Annual Wine Walk,” local wines, craft beers, spirits and local restaurants and food trucks. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite and at the door.
