Mrs. Carol A. Lonnett, 81, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle.
Carol was born in Ellwood City on July 6th, 1944 to the late Henry and Anne (Stabryla) Krupa. She is a member of the Riverside High School class of 1963 and Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. She also was a member of the Ellwood City Art Club and the former Ellwood City Hospital Auxiliary. A homemaker, Carol loved to cook and enjoyed painting portraits.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Denny Lonnett, sons, John Brix Maloney of Ellwood City and Patrick Sean Maloney and his companion Stacey of North Sewickley Township, granddaughter, Destiny Locke, sisters, Claudine Klingensmith and Victoria Sattazahn, brothers, Henry Krupa and Stan (Melba) Krupa, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Dorothy Weize and Debbie Bieselt, and her brother-in-law, Dennis Sattazahn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
