Jack Reda, of North Sewickley Twp., passed away on Thursday, February 26th,2026. Jack was the beloved husband of wife Dawn (Dettinger), father of daughter Lori, and dog Daisy Jane.
Born on July 17th ,1 953, in Ellwood City, Pa, he was the son of the Late Ralph and Rose (Duca) Reda. ln addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brothers, Lou, Nick and Andy, and his sister Patty Ann in infancy. He is survived by his sister Rachel Reda, sister-in-law Cindy Reda, Connie Reda, and JoAnn Reda, Debbie (Ron) Atkinson, and brother-in-law Bill (Devona) Dettinger.
Jack loved his family deeply. He lived his Life through his faith believing that God’s greatest commandments are to love the Lord and to love your neighbor. He was involved in kid’s ministry at his church, Northway Beaver Valley.
Jack was very proud to have graduated f rom Geneva College through their adult degree completion program, completing his degree in 1 992. He worked as a purchasing manager and never met a salesperson he didn’t enjoy negotiating with.
Jack loved Pittsburgh sports especially the Steelers and the Pirates.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 1-4 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. A service honoring Jack’s life will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at Northway Christian Community Church Beaver Valley, 300 Brighton Ave., Rochester, Pa 15074 with Pastor Chris White officiating.
Memorial donations in Jack’s name may be made to: Christ Temple Church of God, 2420 9th Ave., Beaver Falls, PA 15010, checks payable to: Christ Temple, which will benefit the Christian Character Development Group at Christ Temple Church of God.
