Denise L. Corwin, 63, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025 at the Grove at New Wilmington.
Denise was born on September 11th, 1961 in New Castle to Darl John “Jack” Allen of Perry Township and the late Dorothy Jane (Galbreath) Fernandez. She had worked at the Wolverine Restaurant and most recently at the Sons of Italy #608 in Ellwood City as a bartender. Denise loved the outdoors and enjoyed crafts and going to flea markets.
She is survived by her father, son, Tom Corwin of Ellwood City, her brothers and sisters-in-law, Jason and Taina Fernandez of New Wilmington and John Douglas “Doug” and Judy Allen of Wampum, and her companion Jeff Fife. She is also survived by her nephews, John (Courtney) Allen Jr., Zane (Lauren) Fernandez, Kaden Fernandez, and Aven Fernandez and his fiancé Selena Debelak, and her great-nieces and nephews, Mandy Allen, Lucy Allen, John Bentley Allen, Theodore Allen, and Olivia Fernandez.
Following Denise’s wishes there will not be a public service. The final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
