Mr. Edward D. Wiltrout, 71, of Fombell passed away on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 at his favorite place in the world his cottage on Lake Erie.
Ed was born in Ellwood City on October 15th, 1953 the son of the late Robert D. and Katherine (Segedi) Wiltrout. He had graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1971. From 1973 until 1988 Ed worked at the Ellwood City Forge as a maintenance supervisor, and from 1988 until 2001 he worked for U.S. Air at the Pittsburgh Airport as a shop foreman. Over the years Ed enjoyed golfing, fishing, and refinishing furniture.
He is survived by his wife Patti (Workley) Wiltrout whom he married on June 4, 1973, sons, John and his wife Ashley Wiltrout of Ellwood City, Dan and his wife Jamie Wiltrout of McDonald, PA, and Nick Wiltrout and his significant other Meredith Benek of Zelienople, his grandchildren, Grant Jevcak, Maverick Jevcak, Stella Jevcak, Jace Wiltrout, and Elliot Wiltrout, and his sister Karen and her husband Donald Feeser of Hanover, PA.
Following Ed’s long time wishes there will not be a public service. The final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
