POLICE: Weekly Police Blotter

POSSESSION:
Logan Eversole, 20, of Ellwood City is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and other charges on April 25th. According to a criminal complaint, an incident occurred and police were dispatched around the area of Park Avenue and 7th Street. Police observed Eversole sitting in a vehicle and as they approached they smelled an overwhelming marijuana smell. Eversole’s eyes were bloodshot and seemed to be on some kind of pill. As Police spoke to Eversole, and attempted to place him under arrest, Eversole resisted. He was taken to the Police Department and released to his mother upon her arrival according to the complaint.

ASSAULT:
Daniel Dourlain, 19, and Richard Lumley, 21, each of New Galilee, are both charged with Burglary and Simple Assault after an incident occurring on April 10th. According to a criminal complaint, police were called for an assault in Ellport Borough. A victim stated that Dourlain and Lumley entered the home and began to attack him by punching, kicking, and choking him. Two others in the home during the disturbance corroborated the story and added the a third male entered the house and all three left in an unknown vehicle before police arrived. Dourlain and Lumley were advised they will be receiving charges per the complaint.

DUI:
Timothy Annarumo, 64, of Ellwood City is charged with DUI after an incident occurring on April 26th at approximately 4:32PM. According to a criminal complaint, police were called to a report of a “Hit-And-Run” to the area of Line Avenue and Smiley Street. Police then received a call reporting Annarumo striking another car on Hazel Avenue. As police arrived at the scene of the second crash the victim informed police that he witnessed Annarumo go home. Police arrived at Annarumo’s home and spoke to him. Annarumo was asked to preform s Standard Field Sobriety Test and failed. He also refused a breathalyzer test. He was arrested and taken to ECPD.

DUI:
Nicole Householder, 28, of Wampum is charged with DUI after an incident occurring on April 13th at approximately 5:07PM. According to criminal complaint, police were dispatched to a report of a car crash on River Road. Police made contact with Householder, and noticed her eye were bloodshot and she refused transportation by ambulance to nearby a nearby hospital. Householder was subjected to a Standard Field Sobriety Test and was transported home.
