Mr. Steven J. “Steve” Bagamery, 84, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, January 22nd, 2024 at Edison Manor in New Castle.
Mr. Bagamery was born in Zelienople on December 11th, 1939 to the late Andrew and Teresa (Shamoni) Bagamery Sr.. He had graduated from Zelienople High School with the class of 1959. Steve worked at Etsy Organ Company and later at Warrendale Plating. Following his retirement, Steve always found work to do, cutting grass, yard clean up, and shoveling snow. Steve was also a long time member of the Ellwood City Eagles Club.
He is survived by his daughter Diane (Billy) Ely of Chewton, son Daniel Bagamery of Franklin Twp., grandchildren Shawn Ely and Ryan Ely, his former wife Sue Bagamery, and his good friend Mark Kriess of Ellwood City.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Andrew Jr., Jim, Anthony, Ambrose, and Frank Bagamery.
Following Steve’s wishes there will not be a public service. Final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. where for many years Steve helped with outside maintenance.
