Marian C. Fray, 66, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver.
Marian was born on April 2nd, 1955 in Ellwood City to the late Edward S. and Stella J. (Briczinski) Fray. She graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1973. Marian worked for the Riverside School District as an administrative assistant until her retirement. A person of deep Catholic faith, she was a devout member of the Holy Redeemer Church. She was an avid reader, and treasured time spent with her family – especially with her nieces, nephews, and their children. For many years she was a loving, devoted caregiver to her aging parents. Marian will be always remembered for her selflessness, humility, kindness, generosity, and compassion.
She is survived by her sisters, Colleen (Joe) Flecher of Ellwood City and Patricia (Fred) Herrmann of Beaver Falls, brother, Gary Fray also of Ellwood City, her 6 nieces and nephews, and their children.
Marian was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Arthur Fray.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. followed by a mass of Christian burial at Noon at the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marian’s name may be made to the Holy Redeemer Social Services
