Mary E. Wolfe, 92

Mary E. Wolfe, 92, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Avalon Place in West Pittsburg.

Born in Pittsburgh on October 2, 1928, Mary was the daughter of the late Andrew and Laura Rucinski.  She retired from the Rochester Area School District where she was the head cook in the cafeteria and she was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish.  Mary loved to spend time with her family.  She and her late husband, Robert enjoyed going on road trips, without a particular destination in mind, often going wherever the road would take them.

Mary is survived by her three daughters; Nancy Wimer, Janet Toney and Paula Howard, all of Ellwood City, six grandchildren; Cara, Dakotah, Teri, Jaclyn, Kelie and Robert, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her three sisters.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, February 17th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport.  Guest are required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
