Despite heavy rain, the Halloween spirit endured Saturday afternoon for the 2015 annual Halloween parade.
Participants gathered at Lincoln High school at 2:30, and the parade surged forward at 3.
The parade line up included:
Elwood City Police car, Ellwood City Mayor Court, Ellwood City Council Members, Ellwood City School Board members, parade judges Sandy Gallaher, John Conway, and Janice Boone, Lincoln High School Marching Blue Band, Lincoln High School Clup of Hope float, Riverside Youth Cheering Association cheer and dance teams, Katie Mulhollen and her walking group, Ellwood City Festival 2015 Little Miss Firecracker Mia Meredith, marching group from Leaps and Bounds Gymnastics, Riverside High School Marching Band, Boy Scouts Troop 806, Dance Expressions float, Ellwood City Lions Club float, Daya Durbin walkers, Dragon tow truck float, Car cruisers, McElwain Brothers, Car Wash of Ellwood City, and Firetrucks.
