ELLWOOD CITY – Promising to provide high-quality constituent services to the residents of the 10th Legislative District, Rep.-elect Aaron Bernstine (R-Beaver/Butler/Lawrence) today announced that his new district office is open at 438 Line Ave., Ellwood City.
Bernstine’s district office will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. On Thursdays, the office will be open until 7 p.m. Residents can contact the office by phone at (724) 752-2120. The office will be staffed by Nick Kerin, district office manager, and Mandy Hyde, constituent outreach specialist.
“I invite residents to stop by and let us know their thoughts about state government and the issues that impact them every day. From assisting with applications for state programs to helping resolve an issue with a state agency, we are here to help,” said Bernstine.
Services available at the office include:
- Assistance with PennDOT paperwork (lost cards, changes, corrections, special registration plates, vanity plates and temporary placards for persons with physical disabilities).
- Information and applications for senior citizen benefit programs, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET prescription drug programs.
- Information and applications for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
- Help with securing birth and death certificates (photo identification required).
- Information about legislation.
- Assistance with resolving matters relating to state agencies, such as Veterans Affairs, Human Services, Labor and Industry, Insurance, Environmental Protection or Conservation and Natural Resources.
Residents also may visit RepBernstine.com for a variety of state forms and applications, including applications for birth certificates, the PACE and PACENET prescription drug programs and the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program, along with numerous PennDOT forms.
Additional satellite office hours will be offered in other areas in the 10th District in the near future.
The 10th District includes portions of Beaver County, including the city of Beaver Falls, the townships of Franklin, North Sewickley and Pulaski, and the boroughs of Eastvale, Ellwood City, Koppel and New Brighton; parts of Butler County, including Slippery Rock Township and Slippery Rock Borough; as well as the townships of Little Beaver, Perry, Plain Grove, Scott, Slippery Rock, Taylor, Washington and Wayne, and the boroughs of Ellport, Ellwood City, Enon Valley, New Beaver, Volant and Wampum in Lawrence County.

Nick Kerin doesn’t have any state government experience and less then a year federal. This is far from high quality. Gibbons had about 4 people there everytime I went and very educated high quality people with alot of years experience. Just another “race to the bottom” republican.
