Ellwood City Public Library Activities For Week of April 13th

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

HOURS

Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.

Activities taking place this week include.

MONDAY, APRIL 13

  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

TUESDAY, APRIL 14

  • 10:30 a.m. – “Morning Storytime,” interactive stories and songs.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
  • 7:00 p.m. – “Twenty-Something Book Group,” will be discussing the book “The Mary Shelley Club” by Goldy Moldavski.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15

  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
  • 1:30 p.m. – “Afternoon Storytime,” interactive stories and songs.
  • 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – “Tween and Teen After School Club,” snacks and activities for grades 5-12.
  • 5:00 p.m. – “Movie for Adults,” call the library for the title of the movie.

THURSDAY, APRIL 16

  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
  • 6:00 p.m. – “Just You and Me Book Group,” are discussing the book “Gus and Glory” by Sarah Guillory.

FRIDAY, APRIL 17

  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – “Coloring for Adults,” bring your own material or use the libraries.
  • 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” Come and socialize while you work on a project.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Nova Health Care,” a representative be in the library for a hiring event.

SAVE THE DATE

Spring Book Sale. Thursday April 23, 24 and 25. It is open the hours of the library. The library will not be taking books for this event.
